| West Coast College of Massage Therapy, 4 locations and a total of over70 thousand square feet. Craig and Joe were involved with the Design and Construction of Turn-key tenant improvements for this tenant. Facilities have included reception areas, classrooms, multiple shower facilities, change-rooms, therapy rooms, massage rooms etc. Duties included pre-lease investigation, preparation of permit and construction drawings, dealing with consultants, and construction of tenant improvements. Most recent tenant improvement was the conversion of large 3 story Bank building in New Westminster. This building won us a nomination for an award. Best building conversion. | |

| Bank of Korea, Coquitlam B.C. This was tenant improvement offered some unique challenges due to limited ceiling height and required floor loading upgrades, with tenants still occupying area below. A few of the reasons we were given this project was because of our track record at bringing projects on budget and on schedule, which we performed as expected. | |
