| Dunbar & 4th - This Project was another takeover project. Craig Parsons was hired to replace the management team about 4-5 months into construction .We provided management and construction services for this client. When original management loss control of the site All Sub-trades abandoned the site and started to lean the property. With the help of the building owner we were able to turn this project around. Design a new schedule reinstate most of the trades and complete the project. | |

| Alma & 11th. - This project was a take over project. Three story wood frame on underground parking. This building was about 3-4 months under way and out of control. Most trades had walked off the site due to a lack of management and onsite coordination. Craig was hired to rebuild the management structure providing Project and Construction management as required to revive the project. Within a matter of a few weeks a new schedule was created, new trades were in place, all consultants were on board and the project went on to have a happy ending | |

Exposed walls are steel stud under concrete board under a stucco system. This is a water resistant building. A very successful project
