Robson and Bute, Vancouver B.C.:  Robson and Bute, VancouverJoe McGovern while working with a local Design Build Contractor, provided Structural Design and Construction Management for this project.  The project involved an underground parking lot, construction of a London Drugs Store and misc. retail and restaurant tenants.  This was a fast-track project that helped transformed Robson Street to what it is today.
     
Daytona Motorcycles, Surrey B.C. Craig Parsons provided the initial Project Management Services for the project, hiring and coordinating all the consultants. This was a project that was only going ahead if the owner didn’t have to install a sprinkler system. The building in the picture is a new building in front of an old building. By increasing the size of the old building code required that the old and new building would have to be outfitted with sprinklers. Craig was able to come up with a firewall and rated drop door system that would allow the buildings to be connected yet the code would treat them as separate buildings minimizing the square footage and saving the owner hundreds of thousands and allowing the project to proceed. Craig Parsons then acted competitively as a General Contractor to complete the project. Construction time 3 months.

Robson and Thurlow, Vancouver B.C. Joe McGovern while working with local Design Build Contractor, provided Structural Design and Construction Management for this project.  The project involved an underground parking lot, large 2 storey Restaurant c/w roof decks and roof gardens, as well as other misc. retail and restaurant tenants.
Starbucks Building, Granville Island, Vancouver, B.C. Craig Parsons provided the Project Management service at the beginning of the project including coordination of all consultants and Construction Management through course of construction. This was a fast track project which was completed without problems.
Otter Co-Op Feed Store/Offices, Langley, B.C. Joe McGovern was involved with the Design and Project Management for the construction of this building.  Was involved with detailed site investigation to confirm that it was okay to build the building, since is constructed next to Feed Mill, which is high hazard occupancy and there were sprinkler supply water problems.
